Scheduled and triggered selection runs kept working throughout the incident.
There is one exception. An email block that was saved while the issue was active may still fail on its next run. To fix it, open the block and save it again; opening it alone is not enough. Any field that was added to a mapping during that time needs to be mapped again.

The rollback has been largely completed on all environments and the warning no longer appears. We are monitoring to confirm everything works as expected.

Update
E-mail blocks in selections that map fields from Interact showed the warning that the block contains an old value that can no longer be selected. Customer data and existing mappings are not affected. We are rolling back the change: environments i2 and i3 are fully restored, and i5 is nearly complete. We’ll post another update once the rollback is finished on all environments
