We are currently investigating an issue regarding the availability of the Ternair platform.
Some users experience issues accessing their portal and/or applications.

Resolved -
Between 11h00 and 11h32 this morning some customers experienced issues while sending out emails. For these customers executing a mail block within this time frame resulted in an 'Unknown error'.
The issue is resolved and email send outs are fully operational again.

Update -
Delivery times have generally returned to normal. However, emails sent to Gmail may still experience delays. The previously isolated emails have been reintegrated into the regular delivery process. We keep actively monitoring the situation.

We have identified a high volume of emails causing delays. These emails have been isolated and are being gradually released for delivery. This should ensure that all other emails are delivered within normal delivery times. We are actively monitoring the situation.
